1. Overview

In the case where a customer needs to cancel a deal, the following policy and standards will apply to all cancellations of orders placed with Ollie’s Tombstones.

2. Cancellation Within 3 Working Days

If cancellation is within 3 working days from the date of payment, the full refund minus 5% banking charges will be made to the customer within 48 hours. Please note that no refund will be made before the money reflects in the company’s bank account.

3. Cancellation After 3 Days (Laybuy)

If the customer bought on laybuy and, for any reason, needs to cancel after the first 3 days, a cancellation fee of R2,000 will apply for administration and services already started.

4. Custom and Special Designs

No cancellation will be made for custom or special designs, as these are not part of our normal products.

5. Paid-Up Customers Due for Delivery

No cancellation will be done on paid-up customers due for delivery.

6. Shipping Disputes

No cancellation will be done on paid-up customers due to a customer dispute regarding shipping if delivery is still on time as per our shipping policies.

7. Summary of Cancellation Standards

The following standards apply to all cancellation requests:

• Cancellation within 3 working days of payment: full refund minus 5% banking charges, paid within 48 hours of the funds reflecting in our bank account.
• Laybuy cancellation after the first 3 days: R2,000 cancellation fee applies for administration and services started.
• Custom or special designs: no cancellation.
• Paid-up orders due for delivery: no cancellation.
• Shipping disputes where delivery is still on time: no cancellation.
